Choose foil stamping on an existing stock pouch, or full-colour digital and rotogravure printing. Material, dimensions, thickness and functional requirements are confirmed separately from the artwork.
01 / Foil stamping on stock pouches
Brand an available pouch with your logo on the front and product text on the back. Starting quantity: 1,000 bags, subject to selected model, carton multiple and artwork split.
- Front, one colour / one pass: stock bag price + USD 0.06 per bag.
- Front and back, one colour / one pass per side: stock bag price + USD 0.12 per bag.
- Choose the correct base price for a bag with or without a valve. Confirm zipper availability.
- Print area, foil colour, artwork details and any additional setup charges require review. Check whether a listed foil price already includes the front pass.
02 / Digital printing
Full-colour artwork is printed without engraved printing cylinders. This is a practical option for launches, multiple artworks and smaller runs. Starting quantity, design split and price are assessed against the actual pouch specification.
03 / Rotogravure printing
Engraved printing cylinders transfer the artwork to packaging film before the laminate is converted into pouches. Normally from 10,000 bags, with the quantity per design and cylinder charges confirmed in the quotation. Setup and colour preparation are needed regardless of run length.
What we need to quote
- Bag structure and dimensions: width × height × gusset.
- Material structure, thickness and finish, or an existing sample specification.
- Coffee type and fill weight; zipper and valve requirements.
- Quantity per design, front/back artwork and required print colours.
- Special requirements, target delivery date and destination postcode.
Final price, production timing, artwork approval and shipping are confirmed in the quotation. Printing method alone does not define the bag's protective performance.
