Custom printed coffee pouches from 10,000 pieces. Engraved copper-plated printing cylinders reproduce your artwork on packaging film, which is laminated and formed into your finished pouch.

Bring your brand across the front, back, side gussets and base of an eight-side-seal pouch. Engraved cylinders support detailed artwork and controlled colour reproduction for a coordinated packaging range.

- Made to your specification. Agree the size, material structure, finish, zipper and valve for your coffee.
- Built for repeat production. Keep an agreed artwork and colour reference; cylinder reuse is reviewed for unchanged reorders.

A dedicated printing set.
Rotogravure uses engraved copper-plated printing cylinders to transfer ink onto the packaging film. The cylinder set is prepared for your approved artwork, print colours and production layout.
Cylinder setup is required. Its cost depends on the artwork, number of print colours and cylinder dimensions, and is confirmed with your quotation before production.
For an unchanged repeat order, we review whether the existing cylinder set can be reused. Artwork or size changes may require new or reworked cylinders.

Confirm the dieline, panel layout and print colours, then prepare the engraved cylinder set.
02 / ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING
Build the design.
Transfer the artwork onto packaging film, with print registration and appearance checked against the agreed reference.
03 / LAMINATION & SLITTING
Build the structure.
Combine the agreed film layers, allow the laminate to cure as required, then slit it for pouch production.
04 / POUCH MAKING & INSPECTION
Finish the pouch.
Form the gussets and flat base, add the specified closure and valve, then check dimensions, seals, appearance and packing.
