How is foil stamping priced?
Start with the selected stock bag price, including the required valve option. Standard one-colour foil stamping adds USD 0.06 per bag for the front, or USD 0.12 per bag for front and back (one pass per side). At 1,000 bags, the stamping component is USD 60 or USD 120 respectively; the empty bags and freight are additional.
Confirm logo size, foil colour, placement, print area, artwork split and any setup or special-process charges before ordering. A listed foil product price may already include the front-side pass; check the listing to avoid counting it twice.
Specify the bag before comparing prices.
Size & filling
Provide width × height × gusset in millimetres, plus target fill weight. Indicate whole bean or ground coffee. A “250g bag” is a capacity reference, not a fixed dimension; confirm fit with your actual coffee and filling method.
Material & thickness
Share the required laminate structure and thickness, or an existing bag specification. If these are undecided, describe your intended storage conditions and shelf-life target for assessment. Barrier performance depends on the complete package.
Zipper & valve
Specify whether you need a resealable zipper and a one-way degassing valve. Confirm their type and placement. Do not assume every stock colour and size includes both.
Artwork & quantity
Send front and back artwork, quantity for each design, finish, foil colours and special requirements. Four designs require a confirmed quantity split, not just one total.
Common purchasing questions
Can a digitally printed bag be used for coffee?
Yes, when its material structure, seals, dimensions, zipper and valve are specified for the intended use. Printing method alone does not determine barrier performance or shelf life. Confirm the complete specification and sample before production.
Why does gravure need a larger order?
Engraved cylinders, machine setup, colour adjustment and production preparation are required even for a short run. Spreading these setup costs over a larger quantity makes gravure more economical. Digital printing avoids engraved cylinders and offers more flexibility for small runs.
Are prices final and is shipping included?
Custom prices are estimates until material, size, thickness, artwork, quantity and special requirements are confirmed. Freight is quoted separately. Check the final quotation for setup costs, taxes, duties and delivery terms.
Can you supply customers in Mexico, the US, Canada and other markets?
Send your destination country and postcode so we can confirm the shipping arrangement and documentation for your order. Destination availability and costs must be checked before payment; a country mentioned in a case study is not a guarantee of current delivery service.
